Okoye founded Developer Village in 2021 after more than a decade building software across fintech, education, and the public sector, including national-scale systems for organisations like Companies House and the DVLA. His focus sits where AI, scalable SaaS, and cloud architecture meet real business value.
That experience shapes how we work. We design systems that earn their keep, scale cleanly, and turn ambitious ideas into production-ready products, with craft and honesty at the centre.
